1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened;
- In its original condition;
- In the original packaging;
- With all safety seals, labels, and protective packaging intact;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
2. Opened or Used Personal Care Products
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, partially consumed, or had their safety seal removed.
Opened or used products may only be considered for a refund or replacement when:
- The product arrived damaged;
- The product is defective;
- The wrong product was delivered;
- There is another verified issue caused by us.
Individual results may vary. Dissatisfaction with personal results alone does not make an opened or used product eligible for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please do not discard a damaged or defective product until our customer service team has completed its review.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original shipping package unless our customer service team instructs you to do so.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on a change of mind, accidental purchase, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged before reaching the approved return location.
6. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when:
- The wrong product was shipped;
- The product arrived damaged or defective;
- The order was canceled because we were unable to ship it;
- Refund of shipping charges is otherwise required by applicable law.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees paid directly to third parties are generally non-refundable by us.
7. Refund Processing
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shopify refunds are normally returned to the payment method and currency originally used for the purchase.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
If we cannot ship your order within the delivery timeframe stated at checkout, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, any reshipping or return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded when delivery failure is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

11. Products Not Eligible for Return
Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Products not purchased directly from our official website;
- Gift cards;
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items;
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the instructions for use.
12. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us. Once approved, we may send a replacement at no additional cost.
