Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to orders placed through the XIONG JIAOSHOU online store.

Where We Ship

At launch, we plan to ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We will not initially ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $89 or more. Orders below $89 are charged a flat $9.90 standard shipping fee.

Handling and Transit Time

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for handling before dispatch. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Handling and transit are separate time periods and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after the order is dispatched and entered as fulfilled. International tracking can take time to show its first scan or transition between carrier networks.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us within 24 hours and before shipment if an address needs correction. Refused, unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed parcels are not treated as carrier loss, and additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Consolidated Shipments and Product Availability

Items in one order are normally consolidated into one shipment. We will not split an order without contacting the customer. If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will offer available options, which may include waiting, refunding the unavailable item, or cancelling the full order.

Delays and Lost Shipments

Carrier, customs, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us so we can investigate. When a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Duties and Import Fees

The final allocation of any applicable duties and import fees is being confirmed with our shipping provider and will be clearly stated before the store opens for orders.
